Warranty Policy

• Manufacturer defects are covered according to the warranty included with the selected battery.
• The applicable battery warranty length appears on your invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.

• All Mobile Battery Guys installation labor is covered for 90 days from the original service date.
• The labor warranty only covers verified problems directly caused by the original MBG installation.
• The battery and vehicle may need to be inspected and tested before warranty approval.

Customers must contact Mobile Battery Guys before allowing a third party to remove, replace, repair, alter, or test the battery or related connections.

Unauthorized third-party work may affect warranty eligibility because MBG may be unable to verify the original cause of the problem. This policy does not state that third-party work automatically eliminates any rights that cannot legally be waived.

The following are not covered under the labor warranty or battery manufacturer warranty:

• Normal discharge or wear
• Lights or accessories left operating
• Parasitic drains
• Alternator or charging-system failure
• Starter or ignition failure
• Loose, damaged, modified, or corroded cables and terminals
• Improper jump-starting or reverse polarity
• Collision, flood, fire, theft, vandalism, or environmental damage
• Customer-supplied batteries
• Incorrect vehicle information
• Vehicle problems unrelated to the battery or installation
• Failure to complete recommended battery registration or programming

To file a warranty claim, email info@mobilebatteryguys.com with the following information:

• Customer name
• Order or invoice number
• Service date
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• Current vehicle location
• Description of the problem
• Requested photos, videos, or diagnostic results

A replacement battery does not restart or extend the original warranty unless the manufacturer's terms state otherwise.
